Every institution has different entry criteria, but you’ll typically need English and math GCSEs with grades 9 – 4 (A* to C). Additionally, you’ll need to demonstrate your ability to get along with kids, teachers, and parents. You will have an advantage if you have training in childcare, playwork, or youth work.
